At the heart of the OOEC complex sits the Clark Dining Hall, a cafeteria-style dining space that offers a wonderful throwback to summer camp nostalgia. Behind the scenes, a full commercial kitchen with walk-in freezers and refrigeration keeps things running smoothly, while buffet and salad stations make serving large groups a breeze. The seating area is anchored by a striking floor-to-ceiling fireplace crafted from petrified wood, adding warmth and character to every gathering. Need flexibility? The space can open up to seat up to 200 people, or sliders can be drawn to create a more intimate setting for smaller groups. Wrapping around the building, a large two-sided covered deck offers picnic-table seating for up to 75 people, surrounded by lush forest land—an absolutely beautiful spot for wine tasting, a BBQ, or a wedding reception. With bathroom facilities and a loading area also on site, the Clark Dining Hall offers both charm and convenience for events of any size.
